Employers registered and contributing to the HRDF can apply for financial assistance under SBL Scheme.

Company can apply the scheme either  using the form from the HRDF "psmb/sbl/1/01" or register online to http://www.hrdnet.gov.my and filled up the form and filing it electronically.
